Want to provide your own Paint or Primer? Get your walls painted including wall prep for a low affordable rate of $1/ sq foot of wall space. Do you need an all-in price? We can paint your wall for the affordable price of $1.45/ sq - which includes two coats of Sherwin Williams Opulence paint, basic wall prep and free touch ups for 30 days (restrictions apply). 

When you need to primer because of wall repair or if you'd like your walls lighter you'll need to paint and prime. Save money when you provide your own paint and primer. Based on the square footage of each wall's height and width. eg. 10x10x8 room would be 4 walls that are 10x10 with average ceiling height. Labour is included, however, extensive wall prep will have an added per hr charge.

When you need to primer because of repair or discolouration. Based on the square footage the ceiling is located and includes material and labour. 

Refresh your kitchen without breaking the bank! This includes paint, primer, prep of boxes and faces, priming with a bonding primer and Killz, rolled boxes, and spray painted faces. Our cabinet pricing is as follows (each): Drawers - $105 Small Doors - $120 Medium Doors - $135 and Large Doors - $150. Added services:  Duo Colour - $200.

When your wall looks a little swiss cheese or the wall paper needs peeled off before hand, you'll need a more extensive wall prep. This also includes if you need minor restippling, ceiling scraping and baseboard/casing repair. 

Wall repair, small plumbing issues, furniture building and other such jobs.

Taking out old flooring and carpet, tearing out drywall, all of the messy stuff you need to do before you can start a new project. 

Multiple installation, fixture installation, troubleshooting and other such electrical that doesn't require a permit. For larger projects that are over 2 hrs. 

We usually do small jobs like a room or two, please inquire if you have a larger project. We are able to install Laminate and Vinyl flooring

Don't sweat the small stuff! We can help with hanging pictures/art, helping mount a TV (depending on size and height may need another person), extending downspouts, installing door handles and locks, small clean up (doesn't include dump fee if needed). Outside plug not working? The doorbell sounds a little ...odd? We can help you with GFI plug fixes, quick switch changes, fan installation, garburator install, light swaps, smoke alarms, and thermostats. Let us remove all of the garbage material for you! *Extra heavy materials or appliances will have an additional cost* This does not include labour time. 

Some of our clients prefer to provide their own paint but if you want us to provide the paint we can do that for you. Our suppliers are Sherwin Williams, Rona, and Cloverdale. Price per gallon depends on the supplier. 

Not everyone knows what to pick up or what to buy for materials so we can help you with that. 

There are times where we need a little extra help. This could be scaffolding or a heavy duty piece of equipment. We will have to rent and can discuss price based on the project.
